I'm thinking about signing up to The Method, what do I do?


First of all, congratulations to you for making this life-changing decision. This is gonna be great!
Our sign-up process is all handled on our website. Head to www.themethodnow.com.au/first-step to get started. You’ll go through a detailed questionnaire that asks you specific questions about your past and present nutrition situation as well as your future goals and what you hope to achieve by working with a Method coach. Don’t be shy – the more information you can give us, the better!




Are there any catches I need to know about?


Our T&Cs are pretty transparent but, in short, your first two weeks are a cooling-off period, which means you can cancel your membership in the first two weeks without any penalties or hassles. After your first two weeks, you start a 13-week initial commitment period.




Why 13 weeks?


This is when you’ll start to see real changes, and not just in your physical appearance, but in the way you approach your nutrition. Behaviours and knowledge start to really embed themselves at around the three-month mark. Especially for a lot of people who are completely flipping the way they approached nutrition in the past; if you’re expecting to drastically change things in six, eight or 12 weeks, you’ll likely fall short. You’ve probably tried this before? So, we ask for 13 weeks as a minimum. If you’re not happy, at least you’ve given in a good go! But as many people really start to see the light and have their big “ah-ha!” moments at this time, we reckon you’ll probably stick around a little longer.
